The residential complex offers round-the-clock uninterrupted security service with surveillance camera systems for the residents' peace of mind. Additionally, there is a concierge service available to ensure residents' comfort.
Residents can access their apartments directly from the underground parking via lifts, eliminating the need to search for parking spaces.
This residential complex, completed in 2012, is located near the "Koroğlu" metro station.
The wide park, adorned with greenery and diverse trees, reserved for the relaxation of residents, also includes a children's playground and benches that will delight children. Additionally, the complex's proximity to Nəsimi District's 9th comprehensive school liberates school-going residents from long commutes.
In the construction of this complex, renowned brands were used, exemplifying our commitment to high quality. This includes "Kone" lifts from Finland, "PVC" plastic windows manufactured with German technology, and safe entry doors from Turkey's "Kale" company.
Similarly, for seismic safety, high-quality fittings and chemical-free "B-25" concrete manufactured in Ukraine were used, as in our other residential complexes, ensuring robust structural integrity.
